We are the seventh of 6 other properties located on a private Cul-de-Sac, its like absolute peace in the city center and ONLY up hill one small city block to ALL OF THE ACTION of Sosua. A car rental is NOT required. Everything is within walking distance; The bank, Discos, Bar, Food, Drinks and Shops are all right there!
INCLUDES: Studios, 1 Bedroom and 2 Bedrooms Hotel / Apartments. Some with full sized kitchens, Living rooms and dining rooms and most with air conditioned bedrooms!

Perla De S includes a number of 1 and 2 person studios without Kitchens and larger 1 to 4 persons apartments with kitchens, plus three bonus units with private terraces. This along with a pool, community terrace, bar, internet access, maid services, secluded locale, in the center of Sosua, all at a reasonable rate.
